TIBURON

      I walk barefoot
      On the hillside
The grass brown From summers heat
      Laughter in the distance
      My brother and sisters
      I'm alone
      Looking across the bay
The fog rolling in over the mountains
      A blanket of whispers
      The Bridge red and strong
      A ship wanders beneath
What foreign lands has it seen
      The water calm
      A breeze blows through
      The golden land
      Poppies in bloom
Jasmine rubs up against my leg
      Fur soft as she nuzzles
      Wanting to be held
      The clouds take on life
As I bend my head back
      I see a great man
      Look down on me
A winged horse in full flight
      The fog begins to creep
      Into the bay
      I turn and run
      Everyone gathers
      For the softball game
      Another summer day
