TANGIBLE ABSENCE

Secret places drawn out into the light
      By words of love
      Given with graceful elegance
As she moved on wings spread wide

Wishful delight with what had been sought
In the twilight of distant thought
      Brought forward in time
To this very spot in which I hold you spirit close

Colors of spring and fall combine
A merging of body and soul
      Separate as one
      Tangible in shape and form

      To question the complexities
Resolving a musical note without composition
      Randomly placing words in order
Only to find them lost in meaning absence of source
