IF TOMORROW

      If tomorrow does not come

Will I still have you as my friend

Will the sun shine for me

      I hear the waves shouting

      As they hit the shore

The rocky cliffs trying to hold back the water

Then the rains pounding on the hills

      Slowly eroding the ground

      If tomorrow does not come

Will I see the flowers bloom in spring

Will I feel the soft touch of a snow flake

And know the cold bite of winter

      I feel so alive

How can there be no tomorrow

Still one day will be my last

Where I will go I do not know

Perhaps you can show me the way
