TO QUESTION


They don't ask why
You believe as you do
But rather tell you to see
Their light which is blind

Over the night speaking words
From a book well remembered
Never to be questioned
They call this faith, which all should have

When you ask what about truth
Finding a path, a journey
Self-finding, they repeat the same versus
Once the adventure, the quest for knowledge

When this begins and the heart and mind open
Then you can appreciate everyone
For who they are and may become
But do not shut out learning for comfort
